£19 Million Spent on Island During TT 2010
The Economic Affairs Division have issued the figures for the total number of visitors to the Island during this years TT.
All in all nearly 31,000 biking fans made the trip to the Island this year, with the peak day for visitors being Mad Sunday with 21,500 fans on Island.
On average each visitor had spent a total of £620 on the trip, bringing in a total of £19 million to the Island.
The figures also indicated that just over 23,000 of the visitors came to the Island by boat.
The details were compiled with the findings from over six and a half thousand interviews conducted during TT.
