The one way restriction in Castletown has not been implemented on a permanent basis, according to Commissioners.
The Board took to social media following a 'false narrative' that Castle Street will not revert back to two way traffic, after being made one-way in April last year.
It's thought the temporary system will go back to normal on or before April 10 this year, with the bus service also reverting back to the previous two way arrangement.
Following debate on social media regarding the one way system, the Commissioners have issued a survey to gauge the public's opinion, which can be found here.
