Police say Chief Minister Howard Quayle won't face any criminal charges over his visit to Hospice less than 10 days after returning to the Island.
Officers say they'd received a number of complaints from people over the trip to a healthcare facility, with claims it breached regulations.
However, they say Mr Quayle was given permission by Hospice Isle of Man and special provisions were made to allow him to visit.
After consulting with the Attorney General's Chambers, police say they'll take no further action.
