The Chief Minister has returned from he says was a productive visit to the UK Conservative Party’s conference.
The Tory event was the only party conference the Isle of Man attended this year but Allan Bell believes the island’s profile is rising.
Recent years have seen the Manx contingent dogged by allegations of tax evasion by their UK counterparts.
However, Mr Bell believes attitudes have now changed:
