Nearly 20 homes, a nursery and convenience store could be coming to an area of Ramsey if plans are approved.
Developer Dandara has put forward proposals for 17 properties at Auldyn Walk, which would also include the creation of a local shop as well as a children's nursery.
In it's application, the company says the scheme would also include car parking as well as associated highway and drainage works.
The land on which the company wants to put the development is currently unused and adjoins existing housing in the area.
