'Distracted' motorist on mobile fined £120

A motorist has been slapped with a £120 fine for using their phone behind the wheel.

As well as a fine, the driver was also given four penalty points on their license. 

In a post on social media, police say the driver was so 'distracted' they failed to see an officer dressed in high vis at the side of the road.
