Don't use your mobile phone when driving!
That's the warning from the Island's Roads Policing Unit which says several people have been caught using their devices whilst on the roads this week.
Officers say driver distraction is the number one cause of crashes and there's 'no excuse for putting your own and others lives at risk'.
They've added if you urgently need to respond to a call or message to pull over in a safe place first or use a 'hands free' kit.
