Facebook scam posts show Welsh sex-shame police officer

Scam postings to local Facebook pages are falsely claiming a Manx police officer earns £18,000 a month through a Bitcoin scheme.

The posts claim to show a female police officer called Emma Davis who urges people to invest £200 in the scheme.

However, the photograph is actually of South Wales Police PC Jemma Dicks, who was found guilty of gross misconduct in 2020 after performing sex acts while on duty.

The scam posts which link to a faked national newspaper page have appeared on a number of Isle of Man Facebook pages.
