Foxdale roadworks to resume next month

Infrastructure has said the next work on the main road in Foxdale between Brookfield Bank and the Ballanass Road junction will begin on the April 16.

These works to resurface the carriageway will be undertaken during evening road closures to reduce disruption.

The road will be closed from the Mines Road Junction to the Ballanass junction from 4.30pm until 6am daily and will be in effect for two weeks.

Lhoobs Road will have a one-way system and temporary weight limit from its junction with Kionslieu Hill to its junction with Archallagan Road.

Bus Vannin advise that the daily school bus service continues to operate as normal.
