This year's Government Conference starts today, giving people the opportunity to discuss the Island's challenges and opportunities.
The free event is taking place at the Villa Marina, with an evening session scheduled from 6-9pm tonight, followed by a full day tomorrow.
The main themes to be discussed this year are education and skills, finance and budgets, and housing and infrastructure.
Chief Minister Alfred Cannan says last year's event was hugely helpful in setting out their intentions through the Island Plan, and they've developed this year's agenda to give updates and a platform for further discussion.
