The government says it made just over a million pounds last year from land and property sales.
A freedom of information request to the Treasury asked for details about assets sold off by government.
In response, the Treasury revealed departments and boards had made 11 sales in 2017, totalling £1,049,000.
The sales included transferring land at the former Albert Road school site in Ramsey for 25p and land for Castletown's new fire station for £10.
