52-year-old Stephen Harding appeared in court again today.
The Glen Vine man is charged with committing acts against public justice and perjury – charges he denies.
A jury had been deliberating since yesterday but was unable to reach a verdict by 1pm this afternoon.
Court has now been adjourned until tomorrow morning.
