Douglas Lifeboat was called into action at the weekend to help a boat suffering from engine failure.
The volunteer crew launched just after 10am on Saturday to aid the 9-metre vessel.
The boat, with two people on board was located approximately four miles east of Douglas.
The vessel was found just before 10.45am and safely towed back to Douglas Harbour, no-one was injured during the incident.
