A man's appeared court charged with being drunk and disorderly on Douglas Promenade.
David William Prescott of Governor's Hill in Douglas appeared before magistrates at Douglas Courthouse.
The 34 year old denies the allegation, which dates to June 19.
He was bailed in the sum of £500 to appear in court again on July 15.
