A man will stand trial in March as he faces allegations of assaulting police.
Donovan Bradley Kitching of Clarence Terrace in Douglas appeared before High Bailiff Jayne Hughes at Douglas Courthouse.
He denies two counts of assaulting officers and one of resisting them in the execution of their duty on January 12.
He was bailed in the sum of £500 on condition he complies with the conditions of his early- release prison licence, including observing a curfew and wearing an electronic tag.
He’s next due to appear in court at the start of a two-day trial on March 15.
