A driver who’d taken three different drugs before getting behind the wheel has been bailed.
Ryan Kyle Shaw of Magherchirrym in Port Erin appeared before High Bailiff Jayne Hughes at Douglas Courthouse.
The 22 year old had previously admitted driving a Vauxhall Corsa while over the limit for cocaine, diazepam and ketamine as well as possessing cocaine and cannabis on Ballagawne Road in Colby on January 14.
The court heard although Shaw had pleaded guilty, he disagreed with evidence about his driving and a special hearing would be needed to resolve the dispute.
Mrs Hughes bailed him in the sum of £500 until that hearing takes place on June 30.
