A new initiative has been launched to help those experiencing grief through the power of walking.
'Walk and Talk' provides a supportive environment to walk and talk alongside a 'Grief Buddy' who is there to listen.
The scheme has been set up by Manx Sports and Recreation, Cruse Bereavement and Compassionate Isle of Man.
Sessions are held across the Island and are £2.55 each, which includes refreshments - you can find more information on times and locations here.
