The Island's ship registry is consulting over rules changes for staff on passenger ships and vessels in polar waters.
The organisation says it's updating its regulations after amendments to the International Convention on Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers.
The registry says it also wants to make changes to the way it can withdraw, suspend or cancel a seafarer's Manx endorsement.
You can find the consultation online on the government's website, gov.im
