A teenager who assaulted two police officers has been spared jail after a court heard he'd turned his life around and it had taken two years to prosecute him.
19 year old Joshua Robert Hall of Malew Street in Castletown appeared before Deputy High Bailiff Jayne Hughes for sentencing this week.
He'd denied trying to bite one officer and kicking out at another in April 2016, but was found guilty after a trial.
Mrs Hughes imposed a 24 week jail term suspended for two years - Hall was ordered to pay £600 costs and £200 in compensation to each officer.
