Those who can't or won't get a jab are still free to travel - but must expect restrictions.
So says Chief Minister Howard Quayle after revealing the Island's border restrictions will ease at the end of the month.
At a press briefing, he said many other countries have regimes where unvaccinated people face travel difficulties.
But he added despite restrictions easing for fully-vaccinated people, others are free to refuse jabs if they wish.
