Noble's Hospital has developed a promotional video aimed at attracting new doctors to the Island.
The footage - just over four minutes long - is aimed at promoting the Isle of Man as a vibrant, safe and peaceful location for medical professionals to develop career opportunities.
It contains a series of interviews from doctors recounting their experiences of working on Manx shores.
Some of the stories of those staff revolve around feeling part of close knit teams, a positive work-life balance and showcasing the medical facilities at the hospital.
