Visitor restrictions at some medical settings have been extended due to the threat of Covid-19.
Manx Care has confirmed it's extending an initial two week ban, which originally came into force on 30 March, for a further fortnight.
The move comes despite the slowing and reduction of the R rate, with the health body saying the risk of transmission and staff absences remains a threat.
This applies to Noble's Hospital, Ramsey and District Cottage Hospital and Manannan Court.
In exceptional circumstances - visitors may be permitted.
