Woman attacked by dog in Ramsey

It happened on Wednesday as the female was walking alone up Brookfield Avenue at around 2.30pm when the long haired German Shepherd ran across the road and bit her leg.

It’s believed the dog ran out from a dark coloured possibly Black Ford C Max people carrier.

Once the police arrived the dog and its owner had left the scene.
