Those self-employed are eligible for a £3,000 grant.
Treasury Minister Alf Cannan confirmed the support will be avaliable earlier today.
He said to help those self-employed and those with zero hours contract they can now have access to a £3,000 cash grant to tackle unemployment.
This also extends to businesses with only one employee.
However, Mr Cannan stated to qualify for the scheme, businesses must be operating in one of the specified sectors and meet eligibility requirements.
