Car-sharing, driving tests and lessons are now all permitted from this morning.
The changes were announced yesterday by the Chief Minister in the press briefing.
People can now car-share with two people from another household, and the DOI announced due to these changes tests and lessons are able to resume.
The department says the move comes following discussions with those in the indsutry and that formal requirements to make sure safety guidance is being followed will be issued in the coming days.
