Committee to analyse 'Stay Safe' plan

The Islands 'Stay Safe' plan against Coronavirus will be looked into by a Tynwald committee today.

In its latest emergency scrutiny session this morning, the Public Accounts Committee will look at the Island's preparedness for moving out of the emergency powers period, including the medium-term COVID-19 strategy.

The panel will hear from numerous senior officials including Chief Minister, Howard Quayle MHK, Chief Secretary, Will Greenhow and Director of Public Health, Dr Henrietta Ewart.

Once again the session will be held remotely by the committee, staff and witnesses and will be streamed live on the Tynwald website from 11am.
