During the Coronavirus pandemic - mental health is just as important as physical health.
That's according to the Island's Health and Social Care Minister after being questioned in today's press briefing.
He confirmed work is underway to ensure support is available for those struggling with mental health amid self-isolating.
He reaffirmed online mental health platforms - such as Kooth and Qwell are available.
The Minister announced his department is working with Live at home and Crossroads to help provide mental health support and he is currently looking to get mental health packages for those who feel depressed or lonely whilst isolating.
It comes following a local woman setting up a group - IOM-Coronavirus mental health on Facebook to act as a safe space for people to speak about any worries they may have.
