The Island's fire service is limiting non-essential contact with the public to help protect against Coronavirus.
The organisation says the decision has been made to make sure firefighters are available to respond to emergencies.
As a result, crews will be restricting home safety visits and programmed safety inspections 'to those circumstances where significant risk exists that could lead to loss of life or significant distress'.
Personnel are reminding people to make sure they stick to government rules around COVID-19 and say any further updates will be issued in due course.
