Residents are not allowed to send food packages and takeaways to those currently in quarantine at the Comis Hotel.
That's according to Health and Social Care Minister, David Ashford MHK, who says the quarantine measures must be respected to protect the Manx people.
29 people are now based at the hotel in self-isolation for 14 days after being the first group to be repatriated back to the Isle of Man since the borders closed.
The process to bring all those in the UK and further afield home is currently expected to take between five and eight weeks.
