The issue of students having personal possessions stuck at university or college in the UK is being investigated by government.
Many students who returned to the Island before border restrictions came into force have not been able to collect important belongings, and there are increasing concerns from those using private rented accommodation.
Education, Sport & Culture Minister, Dr Alex Allinson MHK, is asking anyone caught in this situation to contact officials so they can see the extent of the issue and look at what help could be provided.
Those needing help in storing or boxing items or want them shipped back to the Isle of Man are asked to e-mail details and the university they attend to julie.keeble@gov.im .
