People will be allowed to visit their relative at Noble's Hospital, if they meet specific criteria.
The update was announced by Health and Social Care Minister David Ashford in Thursday's government media conference.
It comes following 16 days without any confirmed cases of Coronavirus on the Island.
Mr Ashford added his department will allow one essential visitor to see someone who is Covid negative.
