From today, the Island's property market is getting back up and running.
The return of the sector was approved and announced last week by Chief Minister, Howard Quayle MHK, following a lengthy Council of Ministers meeting last Thursday to discuss the latest steps for the Island in response to the COVID-19 situation.
However, strict social distancing measures are being put in place including extra hygiene measures for potential viewings.
Officials say any viewings should be done 'virtually' where possible at this time.
