The Island's first ever Pride festival has been cancelled.
Organisers say it's with 'huge disappointment' the Pride Parade has been called off.
It comes as the Chief Minister announced measures to be put in place to protect the Island from COVID-19.
In a post on social media, Isle of Pride says it feels it's in the best interest of the community to cancel the 2020 event.
It is, however in discussion of smaller events, gatherings and campaigns for later in the year.
It still aims to host Isle of Pride 2021.
