Legislation to make sure those in self-isolation are sticking to the rules of quarantine is being drafted.
The Islands Attorney General is in the process of planning rules which would help the government to make sure those advised to self-isolate are adhering to the rules of the incoming 14-day quarantine period.
As of 11.59pm tonight, the two-week rule will come into effect along with a number of other emergency measures officials are using to protect the population against COVID-19.
This afternoon, Health Minister, David Ashford MHK, confirmed there are still no confirmed cases of Coronavirus on Island.
