The Marks and Spencer store in Douglas is removing its social distancing measures.
The store says all markings asking customers to follow distancing guidance will be removed, customers won't be asked to queue and all entrances and exits to the shop are being re-opened.
It comes following the announcement from Chief Minister, Howard Quayle MHK, yesterday that all restrictions on how many can gather inside or outside on Island would be lifted with immediate effect.
However, the store adds fitting rooms will remain closed for now and screens will be kept up at tills.
The management there is thanking staff who've worked throughout the lockdown and the transition from essential to normal trading.
