This years Manx Rally has been postponed in the wake of new emergency measures to prevent the spread of Coronavirus.
Organisers say the committee has been closely monitoring the situation around COVID-19 and due to the latest rules imposed to combat the illness they feel there's no other choice but to suspend the occasion.
It comes after the government confirmed this years TT was being cancelled altogether as part of official efforts to protect the Island population from the global virus outbreak.
Clerk of the Course, Mark Quayle, says the decision has not been easy and the team 'will be back stronger than ever' in the future.
