Garff MHK Daphne Caine will ask Environment, Food & Agriculture Minister, Geoffrey Boot MHK, how he's ensuring planning committee sessions are made publicly available while it continues to operate remotely?
Mrs Caine's query will be heard when the court convenes for another virtual sitting on Tuesday, May 19.
The session, which will be carried out via live audio link, will get underway on the day from 10.30am.
