An Island trust helping those with Multiple System Atrophy is assuring people it remains available to support those in need.
The Manx MSA Trust says its medical care team will be able able to offer and advise for individual situations and is praising Manx clinicians for helping manage the spread of COVID-19 in the the community.
The charity's director, Niall Carey, says they're utilising funds for existing and proposed projects as well as making specialist equipment available.
