The event organisers took to social media to say they're seeking advice going forward after government announced new emergency measures to protect the Island against the global Coronavirus pandemic.
The new rules mean anyone arriving on the Island must self-isolate for 14 days whether they show any symptoms or not but there are currently no plans to ban public gatherings.
The 85-mile race - currently due to take place on June 20-21 - is considered one of the biggest mass events of the year on Island with thousands taking part.
