That's the latest exercise guidance from the government.
On the government Covid-19 website, it says walking your pooch counts as your one form of exercise per day.
However it states if you have symptoms of coronavirus, then you must not leave your house under any circumstances and will have to find someone else to help take your pet out for exercise.
