Police officers will be 'higly visible' on Manx highways following the changes in travel restrictions yesterday.
The Roads Policing Unit says it remains out conducting checks to make sure people are sticking to the all-Island 40mph speed limit which remains in place.
Officers say they expect the roads to be busier and are urging motorists to drive or ride sensibly to avoid putting extra workload on the emergency services.
Under new guidelines people will be allow to exercise outdoors for as long as they want and also travel to other places on the Island to do so provided they stick to social distancing rules.
