Scrutiny today over COVID-19 business support

The financial support for businesses on Island during the Coronavirus pandemic will be scrutinised today.

The Public Accounts Committee is holding weekly sessions to review the different aspects of the Isle of Man's response to the outbreak with the second one due to take place at 11.05am this morning.

The panel will hear from Enterprise Minister, Laurence Skelly MHK, DfE Chief Executive, Mark Lewin, and the department's Head of Policy and Strategy, Andrew Stewart.

The committee, staff and witnesses will take part in the sitting remotely - the proceedings will be live-streamed from the Tynwald website.
