Teachers will now be able to access the key worker Coronavirus testing on Island.
Health and Social Care Minister, David Ashford MHK, confirmed the update at today's government COVID-19 press briefing.
It means teachers will join healthcare workers and those classed as vulnerable in being able to undergo testing on a weekly basis should they wish to have one.
Mr Ashford says the change has been made possible due to spare capacity becoming available at the Island's testing facility.
