Any establishment found to be holding lock-ins on Island during lockdown could lose their licences.
Chief Constable of the Isle of Man Constabulary, Gary Roberts, issued the warning at today's daily Coronavirus press briefing from government this afternoon.
He says officers have ample powers of entry and arrest if people are breaching social distancing regulations.
Two reports of alleged lock-in incidents have been looked into by authorities - one was found not to be the case whilst an investigation is ongoing into another.
