The closure of Island schools over the TT period will be up for discussion later this week.
In a virtual sitting of the House of Keys tomorrow, Onchan MHK Julie Edge will ask Education, Sport & Culture Minister, Dr Alex Allinson MHK, when school hubs were informed of the decision to shut them during TT fortnight.
The DESC announced the decision earlier this month, saying it will give staff and children of key workers a break - since the early stages of the pandemic they've remained open for children of key workers and for youngsters classed as vulnerable.
Meanwhile, the Keys session is due to get underway on Friday at 2.30pm.
