Those considered vulnerable to Coronavirus will now be allowed to exercise for up to one hour each day.
Chief Minister, Howard Quayle MHK, made the statement at today's COVID-19 press briefing following a lengthy meeting of the Council of Ministers earlier today.
Previously, those considered vulnerable or 'currently shielding' have been asked to stay at home for the last 12 weeks.
Mr Quayle adds this will not be an obligation and that social distancing must still be maintained.
