The Lord Bishop of Sodor of Man, Peter Eagles, says 'we will win this war' against Coronavirus.
He has been addressing the Island in today's government press briefing and has also offered his prayers to the family and friends of former Police officer, 57-year-old Richard Lloyd, who yesterday became the second resident to die after contracting COVID-19 on Island.
The Lord Bishop also says the decision to close churches around the Isle of Man was a difficult one but says the only thing that matters right now is saving lives.
He adds the church remains very active and it's currently streaming 'virtual' worship whilst the lockdown continues.
