A fourth candidate has declared their intention to stand for Douglas South in next month's General Election.
Gerard Higgins has worked in the Treasury for nearly 40 years.
He wants to see a new, dynamic and progressive style of politics.
This year's Election gets underway on Thursday, September 23.
Also standing in Douglas South are Claire Christian, Sarah Maltby and Paul Quine.
