Kieran Hannifin has declared his intention to stand in this year's House of Keys election.
The thirty-one-year-old will contest for the Middle seat.
Mr Hannifan says he's trying to be 'the most transparent politician' he can.
He describes himself as 'a normal bloke, who won't be bought'.
