Citywing had taken more than £1 million in advance tickets sales before it folded.
Figures show it owes passengers £1,136,386.67 - something which was revealed at a meeting of creditors last week.
A breakdown of the company's accounts shows it owed a number of airports money including £38,000 to Ronaldsway, £11,000 to Gloucester, £13,000 to Cardiff and £15,000 to Blackpool.
Among its outstanding debts to businesses are £61,000 to Rendezvous Handling Services and £104,000 to the Fuel Trading co.
